Shipping Policy

At HRV, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.

For deliveries to rural locations, additional transit time may apply.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • North Island: 1-3 business days
  • South Island: 2-5 business days
  • Rural addresses: Allow an additional 1-3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier demand, weather events, public holidays, or other factors outside of HRV's control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the products ordered and delivery location.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Care team.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged items (where applicable)

We will work with the courier and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. HRV is not liable for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
